Payments And Commitment
All Payments Received are to be in American Dollars – USD.
All payments for the experiences or any digital products discussed on this website or our landing pages are to be made in American Dollars. Three to Abandon will only be able to process and honor payments made in American Dollars. All quotes and advertised pricing includes GST.
Three to Abandon Abandon Experiences (trips) require a $33 deposit payment to reserve the spot. All participants’ cards will be charged automatically then be charged per the plan they signed up for. Those plan details may include: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly; or another custom payment plan.
Payment plans can also change if a participant misses payments, or later switches to another Abandon Experience group. Three to Abandon is not responsible for any incurred flight costs in order to attend an Abandon Experience trip.
Funds that are paid for an Abandon Experience trip, but not able to be used toward that experience for any reason, can be held for a certain amount of time for another Abandon Experience trip at a later date within a year, at the discretion of Three to Abandon. Exact dates for Abandon Experience trips are subject to change.
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable, however partial donations are sometimes possible under certain charitable circumstances at the discretion of Three to Abandon in no specific timeframe. Donations are a privilege not a right. Although refunds or donations are not usually made, each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be granted at the discretion of Three to Abandon.
We do this because we’re looking for serious and committed participants only. We take our learning environment seriously and maintain a very high standard of positivity, encouragement, and most importantly action toward pursuit of purpose! Additionally, purchases have most likely already been made toward a participant's Abandon Experience once a payment plan has begun.
If at any time someone (a participant/group member) needs or wants to drop out of their Abandon Experience, they must clearly state and request this via email to info@threetoabandon.com or jaden@threetoabandon.com in order for their automatic payments to stop. Once that happens, you will no longer be eligible to participate. If this direct email communication requesting to stop does not happen, or there is no response from the participant after Three to Abandon has reached out via email, all funds that the participant has paid toward their Abandon Experience trip specifically, will be used to ensure the group's Abandon Experience trip happens as planned, whether the participant is in attendance or not. Additionally, if a participant/ group member decides to not participate within 2 months of the Abandon Experience trip date, their payments will continue until the cost of their Abandon Experience is paid.
Payments made by credit/debit card will be automatically processed. If the card bounces for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks, and may be charged smaller portions of a single payment at any given time to ensure payment goes through. If the card continues to bounce or rejects the payment, or if a charge-back is claimed by the client or their bank, the matter will be handled internally with written notice or transferred to a debt collection agency and reported to VEDA if there continues to be a failure to pay.
Invoices/receipts for any Three to Abandon experience are automatically generated and can be requested at any time by emailing info@threetoabandon.com.
Behavior in Three to Abandon Experiences of Any Kind
We ask you to treat others with respect and kindness in any Three to Abandon experience including but not limited to the Abandon Experience, one-on-one mentoring, interacting with other group or staff members in-person, electronically or through social networks. We reserve all rights to remove offending participants from a Three to Abandon Experience without refund or donation as a result of divisive comments or actions;
Three to Abandon experiences are not to be used a as a portal for self- or business-promotion and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a written warning or removal from a group or general participation. This includes the harvesting of members or participants both publicly and privately to recruit to other communities, products or services;
You are not permitted to copy, print, distribute or market the content within Three to Abandon without prior written approval;
Legal action will be taken against offending parties relating to these terms of any experiences through Three to Abandon.
